A Unique Ayurvedic Remedy for Skin Troubles
In Ayurveda Skin Diseases are caused when Agni of our body is either reduced or increased that is imbalance of Agni(Digestive Juices) imbalance of Kapha or Pitta Dosha .Body produces some toxic substances which our skin can not tolerates & causes Skin Infections. So one should avoid Pit-Kaph Karak food & decreased Agni should be aggravated by taking mild laxatives. One should avoid exposure to sun & spicy food
No doubt, it is difficult to get rid of skin diseases easily but if a person follows few diet restrictions along with ayurvedic remedies one can get rid of these problems forever.

What happens when imbalance of Pitta Dhatu takes place
What happens when imbalance of Pitta Dhatu takes place
Overactivity of the Agni causes a series of diseases which are called as Pittarogas.
It appears that when a tissue is injured physically or bacteriologically the Agni of the body is automatically activated by means of which Necrotic tissue is liquefied and a great amount of defensive substance is produced ,which neutralize the invading organisms. Thus excess of Agni serves the body by disposing of the dead tissue and by giving rise to the defensive substances.
All such diseases as are attended with acute or suppurative inflamation, rise of temperature and some destruction of blood come under the category of Pittarogas.
According to Ayurveda due to Pittarogas a no of signs & symptoms which are such as given below & can varies from person to person:-

Role of Pitta Dhatu or The Consuming Factor of life on human body
Role of Pitta Dhatu or The Consuming Factor of life on human body
Ayurveda stands on Tridhatu Theory or three life factors which explains the working of living tissue.
This theory means that there are three basic elements of life which carry out metabolism of body.As long as they remain in normal state &in mutal harmony the body continous to be healty. It is some disorder that leads to disease.Ayurvedic treatments consists in restoring harmony among them.
The Pitta Dhatu -
The 2nd factor of life is called the consuming or catabolic factor of life. In Ayurveda it is called Agni that is iginis or pittam which means the fire of life.
This factor is responsible for the production of multitude of cellar enzymes which break down food materials into such simple compounds as can be utilised for synthesis of complex structure of the tissues and oxidized the waste materials arising within the tissues to such products as can easily be eliminated through excretory organs.
Heat resulting from this biochemical activity keeps the body warm &at the same time chemical energy released it contributes to the energy of the body.
Besides, keeping body warm the skin, the vision 7the intellect clear & produces such mental qualities as that of cheerfulness & bravery.
This factor of life is sustained mainly by activity &by such foods & drinks as are stimulating to metabolism. During the period of fasting & during the interval between meals it remains more active.
It is lack of Agni or predominance of the Growth factor that is more common cause of disease in 3/4th of all diseases. So Ayurveda lays more stress on keeping Agni intact. Charka says that a large no diseases arise from lack of Agni. Vagbhata also said that Unless Agni is weak no disease can arise. In the treatment of diseases Ayurveda lays more emphasis on the prevention of Agni of the patient. Again Ayurveda says that he who preserves the Agni saves the life of the patient.

Role of Kapha Dhatu or The Growth on human body
Dated-19/7/08
Role of Kapha Dhatu or The Growth Factor on human body

This theory means that there are three basic elements of life which carry out metabolism of body.As long as they remain in normal state &in mutal harmony the body continous to be healty. It is some disorder that leads to disease.Ayurvedic treatments consists in restoring harmony among them.
The Growth Factor_:_-
The 1st characterstic of a living tissue that attracts attention of an observer is its spontaneous growth. In fact ,every tissue of body is growing, multiplying, reproducing& renewing itself.
Cells secrete chemicals from their bodies &form surronuding ground in which they lie.The process of controlled growth continous as long as tissue lasts.Besides this the the tissue repairs itself.Whenever it is injured . It mange to defend itself by producing such defensivesubstances such as antibodies-properdin.opsonin,lysozyme etc.
In Ayurveda all these formative &defencive activities are considered to be the work of factor. Apart from Physical growth such qualities as couage, insight endurance, resistance to diseases, steadfastness, the signs of good growth are also results of this factor. This in Ayurveda is called Kapha or kaphadhatu which literally maens the water of life. It is alson called as slesma which means something that adds new matter to the tissue . . The Growth factor is sustained in its normal state by balanced food, containing all essentials ingrdientsin it&by proper rest &sleep. Cheerful state of mind also sustains it. Infact exhilaration promotes growth &retards the process of decay.
